We are a well-established care provider who has been sourcing and providing staff to the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years.

As an organisation we are dedicated to co-ordinating an exceptional standard of care to clients.

We are seeking to appoint a Care Administrator/Co-ordinator in our Head Office in Reading.

This is a key role within the business and you will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with all our clients, families, staff and other healthcare professionals, delivering customer service that goes 'above and beyond', maintaining documentation to ensure professional compliance and maintaining staff and client rotas.


The successful applicant for this role would be a friendly and personable individual with good attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance.

This role would be ideal for an experienced care professional who is wishing to direct their career into a more office based role or someone who likes to get things done and who likes talking to people


Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous it is not essential as full training will be given to the right individual.

An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential to this role.

The role is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

There is an annual leave entitlement of 24 days plus 8 bank holidays a year.

A driver would be desirable as there are times when documentation needs dropping off or picking up from clients.

Salary band £20,000-24,000 depending on experience.
