Front of House / Receptionist

Location:
Minerva House, Crawley, RH10 9BU

Responsible to:
Service Delivery Team Leader

Provides services to:
Clients, Suppliers, Management and other staff as required.

Hours:
The employee will normally work Monday to Friday, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Some flexibility is required, and your hours may need to be changed to cover for absences and to meet business needs.


Experience/Qualifications:
Reception experience essential

Summary


The role of Front of House Receptionist is significant as you are the first point of contact for our client.

It is essential that you interact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, staff, and other external entities in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Delivery of exceptional customer service levels
  • Role of fire Warden for Fire or emergency evacuation of the building
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
  • Meet & Greet visitors
  • Answering phone calls and forwarding them to the relevant person as well as taking messages and
ensuring that these are promptly communicated as necessary.

DESCRIPTION

  • Sorting post and maintaining supplies
  • General business administration
Following health and safety procedures and legislation.

  • Keeping reception area clean and tidy, including checking for litter, lost property and
Cleanliness

  • Occasional tasks at the discretion of the management and any additional adhoc duties as required
