About us
The work will be remote for a minimum of 20 hours per week with scope for more. Core hours between 9 and 3, to be agreed.

Minimal in person meetings will be required, but will be a possibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain financial records using cloud accounting systems (Dext, QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial documents.
  • Prepare invoices and reconcile accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Run payrolls on Brightpay software.
  • Assist with year end reconciliations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Malvern: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
