**PMO Lead
£45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Flexible Working**One of our exclusive clients is looking to bring on a PMO Lead to support and drive new change and portfolio governance across Group Transformation.

**The Role: - A focus on lead change management governance and continuous improvement processes

Ownership of ITBM and other strategic resourcing solutions at a Business Unit level.
Strategic Resource Planning
Work closely with operational managers to support the rolling threeyear plan.
Leading Portfolio Team alignment to new TMO governance and processes.
Working with the Project Managers/Sponsors to provide and collate RAG reports on Strategic Projects into a single dashboard.

**Essential Skills: - Proven experience of working as a PMO lead - group transformation experience beneficial

Experience of Strategic Resource Planning.
Experience developing a fit for purpose resourcing model.
Experience engaging with stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and team members across the business.
