Endeavour Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Education who is able to support the Trust's secondary schools in the continuous improvement of the quality of education.
Endeavour Learning Trust is a growing Trust in the North West, currently spanning South Ribble, West Lancashire and North Sefton.
In our family of schools at this point in our growth, we have four secondary schools and two primary schools in the Trust.
Our family of schools extends beyond our Trust, and we work collaboratively with a number of schools across the region.
This is an incredibly exciting time for our Trust as we look to maximise the benefits of our collaborative partnership that has been developing since the inception of Endeavour Learning Trust in 2016.

As an Assistant Director of Education, you will work as a key part of our school improvement team.This role will focus on supporting curriculum development across the Trust, working with senior and middle leaders in schools to ensure that all of our young people benefit from an ambitious and equitable offer.
This role offers the flexibility for colleagues from a range of backgrounds and experiences to be able to shape the future of our Trust, utilising their skills to support improvement at scale.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with all members of our Trust community.
