Executive Assistant & Communications Support
£38-43k per annum + company bonus
Basingstoke, Hampshire
Hybrid working, at 1 least office day per week
Full time, permanent position
The 1to1 Group are delighted to be working with a world leading, family-owned company to find an Executive Assistant (EA) on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be supporting the UK Based Vice President Clinical Operations and HR Director, as well as being responsible for executing communication campaigns to drive awareness of company brand and communications internally.
Although this role will be based out of the Basingstoke offices, there will be approx. 30% of international travel in this role, attending meetings and events.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain VP's schedule, make travel arrangements as well as expense reimbursement
- Organisation of events, meetings, congress and team building days, both within and outside of the UK
- Responsible for transversal business projects, taking charge of complex business files in complete autonomy
- Develop and execute strategy to further incorporate corporate communication material for internal and external campaigns
- Build and distribute HR surveys, recording results appropriately ahead of presentation to senior leadership team
- Support both the Operations and HR team cohesively
Skills and Experience:
Educated to Degree Level
- 5 years minimum experience supporting Senior Leadership at EA level within an International Business
- Knowledge of Social Media tools
- Strong Communication skills
- Project management experience
- Can do attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Excel and Outlook
- Egencia Corporate Travel software experience is ideal
- SAP Expenses system experience is ideal
- Fluent in English
