Home Care Assistants
Our locations cover Perth, Kinross, and their surrounding areas.

*Due to the locations of our clients we are currently only recruiting drivers with their own vehicle**Rigifa Home Care are looking for female only staff due to client group**Sponsorship Programme now full*
Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to private service users, enabling them to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their home and in the wider community.
• Promote independence in daily tasks whilst ensuring policy and procedures are met
• Assist service users with personal care in accordance with individual care plans
• Prompting and administering medication
• Meal preparation
• Complete detailed recordkeeping

As a Home Care Assistant, you need to:

• Have a flexible approach to work
• Be caring, empathetic and respectful
• Have a passion about care and willing to develop your skills
• Have a commitment to work towards an SVQ 2 in Health & Social Care
• Represent our company in a positive way
• A full UK drivers' licence and own vehicle is essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 12-40 per week


Salary:
£11.50-£12.75 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Perth and Kinross: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
