Sales Consultant

Are you an experienced sales consultant looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working within the financial services industry? if so, this role could be for you Joining an existing team of high performing consultants, your role will be to optimisethe potential of every customer whilst delivering a first-class customer service.

You will be a natural at building relationships and ensuring that the customer has a positive experience, whilst your product knowledge will ensure they can make an informeddecision.

You will:

Respond to new enquiries in line with company expectations/guidelines
Produce quotes in line with set guidelines
Work with your clients ensuring that they are fully informed prior to making a decision to commit to purchase our products/services. (Allocated fund sizes will vary dependant on experience and business requirements)
Successfully secure client commitment to purchase our products/services using our "state of the art" system and efficient administration support
Referral of clients for advice to external affiliated companies
Respond to all customer correspondence in a timely manner ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met
Ensure a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is offered at all times
Constantly and proactively look forward to improving service through performance, communications, procedures and systems
Take personal responsibility for your own product knowledge and development

This is office-based Monday - Friday role with uncapped earning potential.
