Flowers Associates are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a manufacturing customer services team based in the Loughborough area.

This role is to provide excellent customer service to all customers ensuring enquiries have been acknowledgedor dealt with within 24 hours.

The Role:

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, coordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers regarding their orders, invoices, and any other queries.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:

Assist the Product Line Managers with actions necessary to develop sales in specific regions
Liaise with the various product development teams to identity areas for new products and assist with promotional activities
Coordinate quotations
Provide timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer service
Proactively contribute to all team projects
Generate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order management
Ensure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours
Ensure all quotations, project and promotional activities are monitored and reported monthly
Ensure strong relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
Provide on time delivery focus and root cause analysis
