  • WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT WITHIN TED'S TEAM?
  • Based in our London headquarters and reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be working with the wider marketing team to support the execution of brand activity across all communication channels.
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the marketing team in the execution of key brand projects from briefing through to delivery
  • Updating and maintaining the customer roll out calendar
  • Raising purchase orders and the receipting and tracking of invoices
  • Producing weekly reports and newsletters for the business
  • Creating clear and concise decks to support the roll out of projects
  • Supporting the senior team in collating board reports for the Exec team
  • Attending, contributing to and note taking at weekly team updates, wider customer team meetings and others as required
  • Managing marketing orders from the warehouse
  • Maintaining the marketing store room
  • Ongoing ad hoc support for the marketing team as needed
  • TOOLS OF THE TRADE
  • A marketing/PR relevant degree or experience working in an inhouse or agency role
  • A natural curiosity and love for the fashion industry, keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments
  • Highly organised and efficient with a 'can do' proactive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment whilst managing multiple projects
  • Good and clear communicator at all levels, with the ability to tailor communication depending on the audience.
  • Positive outlook and proactive approach to problem solving, using initiative where required
  • Sound working knowledge of IT packages
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and InDesign
