Development Chemist

Very competitive salary

Based on the Wirral


An successful expanding company based on the Wirral who are developing a unique chemical processing technology are looking for an additional Development Chemist on a permanent basis.


Duties:


  • Helping to run Laboratory scale processes as part of a development plan
  • Be involved in scaling up to pilot plant and then onto plant scale
  • Provide support to New Product Development
  • Provide assistance overseas at customers sites to set up new chemical processes initially developed and scaled up onsite at the company's site on the Wirral.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • 3 years+ industry experience in an R&D / Development environment
  • Experience in New Product Development and / or Process Chemistry
  • Additional experience in Ion Chromatography would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Any additional skills in speaking French would be advantageous.
