STOIX is partnering with an exciting regenerative agriculture business to identify a talented and purpose-driven Management Accountant / FP&A Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting new venture at the beginning of its journey and help fightbiodiversity loss.

The Management Accountant / FP&A Manager will be responsible for preparing accounts and actively assisting the Senior Management Team to track and improve overall business performance, interpret monthly results, and evaluate opportunities.

They will need to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives, whilst actively helping support sound financial and commercial management, including budgeting, forecasting as well as cash flow management.

They will be responsible for the preparation ofmonthly and quarterly reporting and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly accounts and reports for key stakeholders
Financial and scenario analysis to assess the suitability of business strategy and evaluate opportunities
Cash management including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Developing financial models, producing forecasts, and calculating profit and loss by revenue stream
Ensuring constant integrity of financial information
A passion for sustainability and the mission
Experience in a Management Accountant or FP&A role
Advanced Excel skills
Strategic thinker
Excellent people skills and ability to work with all stakeholders and challenge where appropriate
Good problemsolving skills
An ability to prioritise and make quick databased decisions
