Graduate Sales Development Representative - The Package on Offer

£25K - £30Kper annum base + Commission + bonus

Uncapped Commission - Average of +£5K to £10K in year 1

The Role - Graduate Sales Development Representative


Sales Development Representatives (SDR) play a fundamental role in achieving the company's overall revenue growth objectives, working to support the senior sales teams and sales representatives on strategy and lead generation.

You'll be starting off the sales processas an SDR your main responsibility is outreach. This will be completed with access to the best tools and resources, reaching out to prospective clients who may not know anything about the product

  • Lead generation first things first, finding the prospective clientele
  • Build rapport and establish a relationship
  • Work out if they have a need for the product this could be your chance to turn a no into a yes
  • Progress them onto a meeting and demonstration with your senior sales team
  • Back to stage 1

Once you have mastered the SDR side of the process, the goal is to eventually have you trained on completing the
entire sales process.

You could be in a management position within
18-24 months

Graduate Sales Development Representative - Requirements of the role:

  • Top 50 University Graduate, 2:1 or above, A-Leveles ABB Minimum
  • OR
  • A minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, or previous SDR experience***:
  • Genuine passion for the SaaS world and the product
  • Ambition to progress professionally, and work your way through the business
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
