The Role


We're after a Team Leader to join and help supervise our operational team providing grounds maintenance services in and around Kent.


You'll be involved in a range of frontline operations - including grass cutting, border works and hedge cutting, setting out and marking sports fields - whilst also supervising and guiding a small team of operatives.


You'll need to be safety-conscious to ensure you're following safe work practices for both you and the staff you supervise; it will be your quick thinking and expertise which will instruct and organise your staff to make sure we have enough equipment andman hours to meet the requirements of our customers.

This is a busy depot, and this role will be a challenging for all the right reasons; there's no better job satisfaction than a happy team and happy customers from a job well done

A current, clean driving licence and full DBS check is required.
