Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating between tenants and landlords
  • Agreeing Lets
  • Learning Property Management
  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Arranging inspections
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Account manage a portfolio of properties
  • Up selling additional services
