Horsham
Permanent - 20 hours a week

The Role:
This hands-on role will see you providing effective administrative support to Managers and the wider team with duties including:
- Coordinating facilities and liaising with contractors
- Booking meeting rooms
- Booking travel, accommodation and venues
- Ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained and restocked
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Maintaining company mobile phones
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing support to a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships
The Hours:
20 hours a week across 5 mornings, but there is a degree of flexibility e.g. 8am - 12pm or will suit school hours of 10am - 2pm.
