£14,247 p/a (full time equivalent is £26,000)

Horsham

Permanent - 20 hours a week

The Role:
This hands-on role will see you providing effective administrative support to Managers and the wider team with duties including:

  • Coordinating facilities and liaising with contractors
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Booking travel, accommodation and venues
  • Ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained and restocked
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Maintaining company mobile phones

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience of providing support to a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong working relationships

The Hours:
20 hours a week across 5 mornings, but there is a degree of flexibility e.g. 8am - 12pm or will suit school hours of 10am - 2pm.
