Team Educate are expanding and we are looking for an account manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol.
If you're an experienced consultant who is looking for a change of scenery and a better working environment, or someone less experienced but who is wanting to start their recruitment journey and start with the right company, we want to hear from you

We are also looking for consultants to cover desks within Primary, Secondary, Specialist Provisions (SEN), Tutoring and Nurseries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is hard working and looking for a role with high earning potential.

You willbecome part of an amazing and growing team, and be a fundamental part to the future success of the company Although sales experience is advantageous, this is not essential as full training will be provided - we are looking for reflective and motivated individualswho have an interest to work within the education sector and who are looking to build and develop a successful career within sales and recruitment.

We are open to both experience and trainee consultants (as full training will be provided by market leaders).

_The Role:
_

  • Full time position (Monday
  • Friday)
  • Location: Bristol, BS9
- £20,000 - £27,000 starting salary + progression + OTE (Commission)

_Requirements:

  • UK Drivers License
  • Right To Work in the UK
  • Degree Qualified
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Previous work experience within the education sector (however this is not essential just preferred)
