Job description

The Registry and Academic Quality team are recruiting for a Senior Quality Officer to join at an exciting time of redevelopment The post holder will play a leading role in supporting the university's strategic objectives and take a lead on a number of enhancements and improvements. As a key member of the Quality team the Senior Quality Officer will work closely with colleagues across the University to plan, lead, administer and coordinate processes that assure the quality of educational delivery to our students within a Business Partner operating model.
The post holder will contribute proactively to process and service improvements through the development of constructive relationships with students, Faculties and other Professional Service colleagues. The Senior Quality Officer will have experience of writing quality policies as well as quality operational processes in higher education and will be knowledgeable of the external quality assurance and regulatory environment for higher education institutions in England.
