Description
Anderson Knight Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our client client based in Glasgow. The client operates a 35hr week and is located close to public transport links and also offers onsite parking. This position would be initially office based with hybrid working coming in after initial training.


Main Responsibilities

  • Use initiative to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Make hiring decisions in consultation with relevant managers
  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records

Our client is looking for

  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent planning, organising
  • Ability to maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a busy office based / call center environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Glasgow
