Proactively support the Technical Services function providing and communication of Export data to facilitate the export of finished products from the site to the final customer

Key Accountabilities

Act as contact point for local authority, veterinary services and customer export contacts.
Support site traceability exercises to identify relevant product data including EHC data and Catch certificates / Harvest dates.
Facilitate the collation of relevant export documentation to support GEFS veterinary audits.
Facilitate the collation of relevant export documentation to support EHC approval.
Facilitate the collation of relevant export documentation to support customer exports.
Application for Export Health Certificates using APHA online system
Uploading data to the government catch certificate systems to produce UK catch certificates.
Uploading data to the government catch certificate systems to produce UK processing statement
Uploading data to the government catch certificate systems to produce UK storage statement
Provide holiday and emergency cover for all essential tasks within Cluster Technical administration team

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience within a similar Technical role in a chilled food manufacturing environment. Ideally will have previous export administration experience.
Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
Evident confidence in presentation, communication and negotiating with professional peer groups.
Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures.
Ability to assist in papertrail and traceability segments of audits and ensure delegated Managers are able to lead also.
Track record of delivery.
Ability to manage priorities and projects across a multisite and multifunction organisation.
A personal commitment to role model behaviours.
