This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving firm who are looking at their future succession planning and there is a vacancy for someone to come in and head up a department with a view to moving up to partnership in the future.

There is also the open forexisting salaried or equity partners to come in and take on a role at that level - although a following would be viewed as advantageous.

This highly professional firm are members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and are purveyors of the highest standards in all client dealings.

You can expect to deal with a mixture of residential and commercial property with a smattering of leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, deeds of variation, help to buy scheme cases, shared ownership matters.

Buying and selling properties, including newbuild properties, remortgage enquiries, commercial leasing matters. Very much a mixed bad and all requiring a certain level of technical expertise.

You will be motivated clear communicator and have a track record of taking personal responsibility with regards to each individual case.

Ideally you'll have upwards of 4 years PQE, have some experience of both sides of property including high net worth properties and you'll be happy to managesmall team to help them met their own individual targets.

Salary dependant on experience.
