Description

Our Client is a top 10 Accountancy firm based in Crawley. We are Seeking a Business Analyst to join the National Finance Team based in Crawley.

The team positively manage data quality within the practice management systems, taking every opportunity to enhance its worth for consumers.

Core Duties will involve:
Support and co-ordinate the review and development of robust finance processes, checks and controls.

Process documentation that is clear and concise using business analyst tools and more basic software (e.g. office365).

Represent finance in cross-functional project teams.

Produce and maintain Finance user documentation, workflows, and user training programmes.

Support that standardisation Finance processes across the firm.

High levels of initiative and self-motivation and an understanding of the impact on stakeholders.

Able to engage others positively in team building activities

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders

Superior organisational skills, with the ability to assist in numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
