Key Accounts Administrator LS9

Monday to Friday 9-17:30 or 8:30 - 17:00 (Full Time)

£22-£23k Salary

Temporary ongoing, with the potential of permanent

Immediate start Available

Due to the increase in the volume of orders for our manufacturing client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire Route 1 is looking to recruit a Key Accounts Administrator.

Initially offering temporary work, with the potential of the position being extended or even permanent with the client.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Working as part of a key accounts team
Working on a website portal and the company's bespoke CRM
Creating orders, picking lists, and shipping lists for the warehouse to prepare and dispatch.
Electronic invoicing
Preparation of labelling for products to be dispatched.
General administration support to the customer service team and supporting the reception desk
Liaising with clients and customers of the business, verbally and written
Using web portal platforms to advise customers of Estimated Delivery times

Full training will be given by the client and environment.

Potentially this position would suit applicants with some of the following experience: data entry, customer service, administration, and order processing.
