Speedy reporting are a company that specialises in expert witness reports.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable RICS Building Surveyor to join our team of surveyors preparing expert witness reports for housing disrepair claims.

(other RICS MRICS accredited disciplines may be considered)

We will offer you the full support and training in this new role to develop and become one of the best.

It could be an ideal role for someone who is semi retired and wants to keep active.

• MRICS/ FRICS/ ASOCRICS Accreditation.
• Experience preparing reports in line with Section
• Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenants Act & Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 201
• A full UK driving licence, access to a car and the ability to travel throughout England.
• Strong IT skills, good competency within Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be reliable.

Responsibilities:

• The role will be focused on carrying out expert witness services related to housing disrepair. This requires the surveyor to undertake surveys, write up findings in a Scott Schedule and prepare a report.
• The role will also include work related to Fitness for Human Habitation.
