The role:

As part of our established Graduate Academy, you will begin your journey into IT/Software Consulting whilst being supported, mentored, and learning from highly skilled Project Manager experts.
This is a development role offering excellent career progression which will primarily focus on up-skilling you within Project Management, whilst having the opportunity to gain cross-departmental experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Be responsible for specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor, such as project coordination, reporting, standardisation, and administration.
- Develop an understanding of different project methodologies and business processes.
- Grow your communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities and conceptual thinking.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects with distinct quality, within budget and time.
- Develop an understanding and assist with the delivery of endtoend software projects.
- Support with continuous improvement activities across the business.
Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge
Essential:
- Demonstratable interest in Project Management.
- Clear and engaging presentation skills and style.
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills. Experienced in Microsoft office packages with focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- An understanding of consultancy, logistics and supply chains. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business Management, Project Management or similar degree and a minimum grade of 2:1. Full UK driving licence.
