Job Role; Payments Team Leader


With our Client we are looking to appoint a Payments Team Leader - based within Central Finance the role will report to the Head of Payments and will supervise a team of 4 Cash / Billings Clerks.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PAYMENTS TEAM LEADER;

  • Annual Salary of c £30,000
  • Annual Salary Review and Performance Related Bonus paid in December
  • 25 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays

THE ROLE OF THE PAYMENTS TEAM LEADER;


Is to plan and manage the work load of your team - in this busy and fast paced work place.

To achieve the main daily KPI of Processing / Posting all Outgoing Payments - these Payments will be internal and external.

Skills needed will include;

  • Experience of working with high volumes
  • Planning and Time Management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience of Account Reconciliation
  • Be a Team Player
