MPA Recruitment are working with their innovative, market leading client in the Cookstown area in Co Tyrone to recruit a permanent Marketing Executive.

This exciting career opportunity will involve international travel opportunities across Europe and to the headquarters in Northern Ireland.

The role requires someone who is a native or fluent (C1 level or up) German-speaker and fluent / bilingual in English, to support the localisation of the marketing plan for all European markets with a specific focus on the DACH localisation.

Activities will include the localisation of marketing contents and brand plans, execution of offline & online marketing, copywriting and translation, origination of sales presentations, managing bookings and admin, supporting monthly reporting and management of digital assets in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and in line with marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • To support the Marketing Manager for Europe with the localisation of the marketing plan and the development of offline & online activities for the Europe region including (but not limited to): advertising, PR, events, customer engagement, brand materials & presentations, direct/Emarketing, digital (social media, video, website, AR/VR apps, etc.).
  • To adapt and create highquality, impactful contents in German for the DACH region, in line with the brand and targeting relevant audiences across a variety of media including press release, online article, social media post, case studies, advertising, etc.
  • To assist the Marketing Manager in supporting internal stakeholders in the development & monitoring of pipelines/opportunities across the region
  • To build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including prospects, customers, influencers, and work with inhouse and partner agency teams.
  • To conduct regional monitoring of competitor activity, market analysis of new product launches across the industry and regular analysis and measurement of key metrics, providing reports as required.
  • To keep accurate records and provide administrative support when needed, using our clients systems.

Attainments_

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, advertising & marketing, or a businessrelated discipline.
  • Native or fluent (C1 level or up) Germanspeaker and fluent / bilingual in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in another European language.

Relevant Experience_

  • 1year marketing experience at Graduate/Assistant/Executive level in a fastpaced working environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Experience of social media content planning & creation.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe or Canva.
  • Experience of writing & publishing technical and thought leadership content.
  • Experience with video editing software.

  • Have excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence and have access to a car, as there is a requirement to travel between campus and to customer sites for this job role.
