We are a not for profit organisation and our large modern office is located at the foot of the
South Downs on the outskirts of Hurstpierpoint and just 15 minutes from Brighton.

We even have our own pond with picnic tables for lunch, yoga twice a week and regular sales team events.


The Role
The role of the Learner Support Role is pivotal in enabling Tigerlily Training to achieve its business objectives.

The role focuses on supporting our learners through their training journey, ensuring that the course is completed in time, learner queries and login issues are swiftly dealt with.


  • Answering phones and directing to appropriate person
  • Contacting all inhouse clients 4 weeks prior to course to obtain learner names, ensuring the client is aware that eLearning needs to be completed prior to the practical day. Ensure that invoice has been paid
  • Monitoring learners progress, contacting clients if looks like a learner won't complete the eLearning prior to the practical day. For any learners that do not complete discussing with the client and downgrading where needed as a last resort
  • Liaising with learners and clients to ensure client satisfaction and course outcomes are met
  • Daily inhouse and OV course checks. Sending in house courses to certification once register has been uploaded and eLearning completed.
  • Monitoring and actioning company inbox
  • Monitoring company webchat
  • Sending out inhouse sales packs and assisting the sales and admin teams with other tasks as required

You'll need:

Amazing customer service skills, building rapport with our clients and going the extra mile to help and support

A background in providing the best customer experience via telephone and webchat

Fast and accurate administrative skills and attention to detail

Ability to work as a team and multi-task

Determination to succeed and support the business

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
