My client is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team.As a key member of their marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to their properties.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve My client's marketing goals.
- Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, videos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytical tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure My client maintains a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all channels.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
