Woodspring House is looking for somebody to join the care team at our award winning care home.


About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, genuine care to our 27 residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a safe and comfortable environment.


As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents in their daily activities, including meals, leisure, and social events
  • Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe living environment for residents
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective care delivery
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow staff members
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours of work:


Shift available are either:

  • 7:30am to 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm to 9pm
There are between 19-26 hours per week available.

Salary:
£10.60-£12.10 per hour
