Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:


  • Liaise directly with customers, endusers and internal depts
  • Ensure the smooth running of the business by providing administration function on a daytoday.
  • To assist the office on a daytoday basis.
  • Managing business correspondence, incoming and outgoing
  • Issue all relevant documentation as required
  • A strong understanding of basic computer systems i.e Word, Outlook
  • Sound administrative background
  • Friendly & assuring telephone manner
  • Good organisational & prioritising skills
  • Experience within a customer service position
