If you have excellent project coordination and planning skills and are looking for an exciting and rewarding new challenge, this part-time, fixed-term role in the School of Psychology could be just right for you.

As the Project Officer for Dr. Jim Everetts's TRUSTAI project, you will provide assistance and coordination in managing this large-scale research project.

You will develop, maintain, and support effective, two-way channels of communication for the project and its stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of objectives.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the logístical aspects of the project, including tasks such as fielding participant enquiries, liaising with stakeholders, liaising with the advisory board and external speakers, assisting with conference organisation, overseeing the budget, helping to prepare the grant reports, managing the project webpage, and managing the projects social media accounts

Contract: 15 hours per week

Fixed Terms until 31/03/2029.


As a Project Officer, you can expect to:

  • Provide proactive, timely administrative support and coordination for all aspects of project activity
  • Act as the first point of contact for the project
  • Coordinate and promote project events and prepare briefings/communications for stakeholders
  • Liaise with subcontracted App/Web Developers to help ensure the timely and successful completion of objectives

What we are looking for:


  • Educated to alevel standard or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in a similar role providing project administrative support and coordination
  • Good project management skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and workload
  • Experience in setting up administrative systems and procedures for a new project
