Description
This is an exciting opportunity in our rapidly expanding the Product and Applications Team for a Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible the successful delivery of multiple projects, developing battery products to customers worldwide.


You will have:

  • A degree in Engineering or science discipline
  • At least 7 years project management experience, ideally in the development of electrical or electronic products
  • In depth knowledge of Project Management fundamentals including agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Significant experience with proven ability to manage and deliver complex tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • An analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to challenge assumptions and convention
  • Experience of delivering projects in an engineering environment
  • A broad understanding of Product Development
  • Integrity and Assertiveness, willing to communicate all relevant information and hold teams to account to deliver
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Some line management experience is advantageous

You will be:

  • Able to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects for the development and delivery of battery products to customers
  • Able to develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
  • Selfmotivated and able to resolve conflict, inspire teams, mentor peers
  • Comfortable and competent at managing change, bringing team and stakeholders along
  • Able to compile and submit project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
  • Competent meeting with senior management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
  • Able to effectively capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives and development of PM capability
  • Able to work independently, with little guidance
