Role:

To always support your line Managers.
To Help develop and lead an efficient and effective team.
Plan and organise labour with your line Managers.
To give regular Progress and feed into your Manger before the 1.30pm production meeting.
To Support your line managers where absence is concerned.
To take ownership of your operatives work and ensure Quality is met and to always maintain a high standard ensuring the quality packs are signed off and the hold points are adhered too.
Liaise with contractors ensuring they sign off their work and hand over to yourself and check their work and pass sign off sheet onto QC.
To ensure your working areas are always maintained to a high standard and are Clean and Safe daily.
To ensure all operatives are trained for the task in hand.
To follow the Takt plan and ensure targets are achieved daily
To be involved in planning
To have a forwardthinking approach
To lead by example
To help boost moral and always have a positive approach.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the factory environment is to a high standard
To maintain use of 5s standards within the factory.
To lead by example
To be honest and positive
To ensure you deal with personnel fairly at M-AR where performance is poor be honest and help the supervisors develop people.

Accountability:

On time in full delivery (OTIF)
Maintain a positive attitude/approach when dealing with issues.
Ensure Factory operations are safe and house keeping is maintained to a high standard.
Product quality
Be mindful of work budgets

£15.75 per hour
