Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support lead teachers in delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans.
  • Assist with classroom management and student supervision during lessons and activities.
  • Provide oneonone and small group support to students who need additional assistance.
  • Prepare materials, resources, and visual aids for lessons and activities.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in education preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
