Duties and Responsibilities
- Replying to inbound customer queries
- Liaising with the internal teams to ensure that SLA's are met with regards to returns and similar
- Carry out adhoc requests such as measuring instock items, photographing stock, etc
- Assisting with production of reports as required
Person Spec:
- Experience in working in a fastpaced and highend luxury brand (goods or services) (highly desirable)
- Experience with managing stock (highly desirable)
- Strong track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal departments
