Duties and Responsibilities

  • Replying to inbound customer queries
  • Liaising with the internal teams to ensure that SLA's are met with regards to returns and similar
  • Carry out adhoc requests such as measuring instock items, photographing stock, etc
  • Assisting with production of reports as required

Person Spec:


  • Experience in working in a fastpaced and highend luxury brand (goods or services) (highly desirable)
  • Experience with managing stock (highly desirable)
  • Strong track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal departments
