Studio Assistant at Internationally Acclaimed Design Studio
Are you a Studio Assistant who is currently looking for a new position at an award-winning architectural studio?

If you are proactive, motivated, and ready to contribute to the success of a creative team, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Located in a vibrant area of London, this internationally recognized design studio works across an exciting array of arts, cultural, heritage, and residential projects.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Studio Assistant to support their dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the studio director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio daily.

As a Studio Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of the studio environment, constantly fostering a well-organized and welcoming space.

From managing studio supplies and equipment, answering phones, and greeting guests, to setting up client presentations and organizing studio events—you will be involved in all facets of studio life.

This role demands someone who is not only approachable and personable but also adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining a tidy studio environment, coordinating software licenses, and liaising with IT consultants to ensure that all equipment and software are maintained.

You will also support project teams by organizing materials for design reviews and managing the studio's archival system.

Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for contractors, oversee health and safety compliance, and assist in organizing studio social events and outings, enhancing the studio's vibrant community life.

Your role will extend to supporting communication efforts, such as distributing booklets and managing the studio's offsite archive.

This position is an excellent fit for a recent graduate eager to immerse themselves in the workings of a leading architectural practice.

It offers a unique chance to grow professionally in a supportive and inspiring environment.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and a willingness to dive into any task.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign would be beneficial, though not mandatory.

If you are passionate about design and aspire to be part of a team that values creativity and innovation, we would love to hear from you.

This role is not just a job but a career stepping stone in a studio that stands at the forefront of architectural excellence.
