Executive Assistant - to 3 Directors - based in the Head Office in Reading, but occasional travel to their Surrey Office

Outskirts of Reading - £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + 25 days + pension, health care, death in service, life cover, free parking**
Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office) - 40 hour week**Due to a recent acquisition, and growing pool of customers and needs, and an increased complexity of the group, this Executive Assistant position is vital to providing key PA and Executive support to the three Directors - who are based in Reading, and Surrey and also Germany.


We are delighted to be supporting our International Hi-Tech client who would like to attract, and retain, the most talented people, regardless of their background.

This is a newly created role, to support their 3 Directors across the business.


We are seeking to attract a hands-on, personable, experienced and knowledgeable Executive Assistant who is likely to have managed multiple Directors diaries, and be able to work closely with the wider business and be able to focus on the three locations mentioned above (with Reading as their main office).

Key Duties and Responsibilities will be varied and will include:

  • Working with the key members of the management team, to ensure that they have the support and information necessary to fulfil their responsibilities
  • Ensuring the continuity of communication on strategic projects and conversations, acting on behalf of the executive team to ensure this is maintained, using appropriate levels of discretion and confidentiality as necessary.
  • Preparation, distribution and consolidation of regular management and board meeting agendas and reports, as well as companywide communication
  • Assisting the executive team in the preparation of presentation materials and collating supporting information.
  • Coordination of travel requirements, meeting schedules and preparation of itineraries (for UK and International travel)
  • Taking minutes from management and board meetings, summarising actions and distribution.
  • Occasional representation of one of the executive team in their absence in attending meetings, or fulfilling communication needs.
  • Working with other team members in coordinating company events and associated communication
  • Organising events and conferences if needed and helping the Team with organising events as requested

The ideal profile for the successful Executive Assistant:

  • To provide support for the internal communications throughout the business
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels, relating to others and working as a member of a team.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships
  • Able to work with utmost discretion and integrity
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deadline conscious. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask managing a challenging workload and meet strict deadlines
  • Willing and flexible approach, with the ability to work on own initiative


This is a unique, superb, newly created Executive Assistant role, that will provide support to 3 wonderful, friendly and hands-on Directors.
