Personal Injury NQ - Serious Injury - Southampton - Hybrid


My client, who are a regional Top 100 UK law firm are looking to recruit a newly qualified serious injury solicitor to join their growing Southampton team.

The team regularly secure multi-million pound settlements for their clients, who in most cases receive 100% compensation.

Their approach not only encompasses their client's financial, caring, medical and practical needs, but also ensures their clients have emotional guidance and support.

The team's expertise means that they are involved in high-value, highly complex cases in areas such as:

  • Adult brain injury
  • Child brain injury
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Complex orthopaedic, including amputation
  • Fatal incidents, including inquest

The Role:


  • Working as part of a team to fulfil Personal Injury and Serious Injury caseload which involves interaction with external parties, empathetic and human first interaction with clients and all other parties
  • Assist with marketing and business development for the department and firm
  • Assist other fee earners to fulfil their caseloads
  • Learning new skills to enable you to grow your career further, whilst being able to support clients further as your knowledge expands
  • 02 years qualified solicitor
  • Proven experience gained within a serious injuries team (seat rotation or post qualification)
  • Engaging, empathetic and friendly
  • Creative problemsolving skills
