Commercial Insurance Account Executives Southampton, Fleet, Alton, Andover, Basingstoke, Fleet


Due to my clients continued growth, I'm actively looking to recruit a number of professional, ambitious, career minded individuals to join a growing team of Commercial Insurance Account Executives across this large UK Insurance business.

Roles will be based at branches throughout Southampton, Fleet, Alton, Basingstoke, Andover.


The company has an exciting growth plan meaning that prospects for career progression are excellent and your contribution to their success will be fully acknowledged and rewarded.

You'll be a high calibre customer service individual. with a good standard of general education and a background in insurance

You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients.


You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, just to name a few - the stronger our presence in the market, the more successful you will be.

You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best possible outcome for our clients

You are willing to learn, as every day will be different. This is a great opportunity to progress your career as a Commercial Account Executive and further your professional qualifications.

You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions - always identifying opportunities, but more importantly, looking for a 'path to yes'


If you take the initiative, the clients policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress, as your skills develop.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
