Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an ECO4 Submissions Officer. As a Submissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in processing and analyzing various forms and documents. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Overseeing Eco4 submission documentation, ensuring adherence to OFGEM regulations.
• Conducting thorough information checks on submission packs to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of information for installer teams.
• Optimising documentation processes and generate automated reports.
• Collaborating with Installers to secure necessary documents for the submission process.
• Keeping internal processes up to date for realtime progress visibility for the Submissions Manager and the leadership team.
• Managing customersensitive data according to ICO guidelines, including benefit checks, proof of residence, and identification documents.
• Submitting compliant paperwork packs to our funders and utility partners.

Skills:

• Previous ECO Experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

£16,224.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
