Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn and develop essential sales skills.

As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to gain hands-on experience in the sales industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
Acquiring customers through one of our residential campaigns
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales activities and KPI's
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to push themselves out of their comfort zone
Passion for working with people
