We are seeking a motivated newly qualified Orthoptic graduate to join our team at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London.

This is a full-time, fixed term post with the contract running until 31st October 2024.

Applications would have a dedicated mentor, encouraged to actively participate in the Orthoptic services preceptorship scheme and have the support of the clinical buddies.

The post is based at primarily at the City Road, and following the preceptorship period, a willingness to work one day a week at network site would be advantageous.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD

During the probationary period, your suitability for continued employment will be assessed and provided a satisfactory standard is achieved and maintained, your employment will be confirmed.

The probationary period may be extended or your employment terminated either during or at the end of probation, in line with the trust Probationary Policy.

For the duration of the probation period, the notice period will be in line with contractual obligations on either side.
