SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR - DURHAM

MUST HOLD A BSc IN BUILDING SURVEYING AND RICS ACCREDITED, MRICS PREFERRED

HERITAGE EXPERIENCE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS


Hunter Mason are currently searching for a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join a small Building Surveying team in an award winning multi-disciplinary practise based in Durham.

My client works across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial and residential.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Site visits, undertaking building condition surveys
  • Quinquennial inspections
- report writing
- preparation of schedules of repairs
- attending meetings
- supervision of works
- working with clients, consultants, statutory bodies and local authorities and advising on technical issues


ABOUT YOU

  • Must have a BSc in Building Surveying
  • RICS accredited, MRICS preferred
  • Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign
  • 5+ years of experience

£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
