Contract Production are looking for a part-time or full-time, Planning Assistant that allows you to showcase your organizational skills and attention to detail Join our team as a Planning Assistant and contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

What our client offers:

Competitive Salary:
£24,000 - £27,000 salary negotiable depending on experience

Favourable Working Hours:
Monday to Friday hours 9:30am-1:30pm

(Part-time) or Monday to Thursday schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with an early finish on Fridays at 1:30 pm

(Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately schedule product manufacturing based on known production timings, ensuring goods are produced in the requested order.
Communicate the production plan, including start and finish times, to the production team leaders.
Collaborate with team leaders to understand staff abilities and availability, ensuring the feasibility and realism of the production plan.
Report any errors or omissions discovered to your line manager promptly.
Maintain a clear, organized, and logical approach to planning.
Adopt a methodical approach to ensure efficient production processes.
