Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a Part-Time New Homes Advisor to work on a new home development based near Chelmsford.


The position will require a professional and articulate individual with a proven track record in new homes and experience working as a New Homes Advisor.

A strong background in customer service is essential, alongside the ability to close for business.


Working hours:

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be required to work Friday-Monday, 10.00 am-5.00 pm


The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be offered:

  • Basic salary of up to £27,000 (pro rata)
  • Up to £500 per plot pro rata
  • Other incentives/bonuses

To be considered for the New Home Sales Advisor role, you must have:

  • New Homes experience
  • Experience working on site
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Ability to close for business
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Key tasks of a New Homes Advisor will include:

  • Registering potential purchasers
  • Attending viewings on both completed homes and onsite.
  • Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
  • Sales Progression
