Recruitment Consultant - Sales experience wanted.£25,000 - £35,000 BASE
FIRST YEAR OTE - £60,000+
LONDON / HEMEL HEMPSTEAD
Based in London and Hemel Hempstead our client operates across the emerging Tech Market and Digital operational Change across the US and Europe.
With the best Tech stack there is to offer and one of the leading sales training programmes delivered by the best trainers in the entire industry; They will constantly invest in you, provide you with the tools, the training and the platform to be successful within this role.
The Role:
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
- Lead Generation
- Research into competitors and marketplace
- Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintenance of database

- OTE Circa £60,000 1st year andincreasing every year after.
- Base Salary : £25,000£35,0000 DOE
- Average Deal size £22,000
- Progression to Director with shares via Account Management or Sales
- Internal and external training throughout employment.
Requirements:
- You will either be a recent graduate with sales experience or currently working within a sales focused role and looking to make a change
- Be financially motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent Communication skills ( both Written and Orally)
- Proven record of working within targets
- Personable
