Description

Prepworld is looking for Production Team Leaders who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory.

Main Duties:

Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
Management of labour costs for your team
Management of waste levels for your team
Ensure products meet customer specifications

Who we are looking for:

Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
Reliable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic English and numeracy skills

Days of work:

4 days a week, to include one day of the weekend which days can be discussed and agreed in interview

Hours of work:18:30 - 05:30 (Nights)

Pay:
£11.75 (level 1), £12.05 (level 2), £14.68 (level 3)
