This would suit an individual who is looking for varied responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Board of Directors
  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Organise meetings and travel
  • Assist with planning and managing company events
  • Approval of invoices
  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work with Senior Board Level Directors
  • Hard working, selfmotivated and able to think on your feet
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
