Maintain and develop the Group's Risk Management Strategy, Policy and frameworks, including leading the annual review of the Risk Appetite Statement.
Advise, prepare and present regular reports on risks appropriately for a range of stakeholders, including senior managers and nonexecutive directors, ensuring managers are aware of the risks relevant to their operational area and understand their accountabilityfor individual risks.
Delivery of risk identification workshops and other risk management training/communications for colleagues and board members to ensure a consistent approach is maintained
Work closely with the Head of Business Assurance to ensure sufficient coverage of the Group's top risks within the internal audit plan.
Roll out new risk management software (Pentana), involving:
lead on the implementation of the software, liaise with software providers and facilitate and provide training for all relevant teams

- work closely with operational teams to review risk registers and upload existing data using upload templates
- close oversight of how users are engaging with system to ensure correct usage, offering ongoing support.
